Whether fresh Nativity / Residence Certificate and Community Certificate to be furnished along with the online application?

No.

The candidates have to submit fresh certificates i.e. certificates issued within one year only on selection at the time of certificate verification.

2.

To whom the reservation benefit is applicable?

Reservation benefit is applicable only to the candidates who belong to OBC-Origin/ MBC-Origin/ BCM-Origin/
BT-Origin (Applicable only for the post of Lower Division Clerk)/ EBC-Origin/ ST-Origin/Economically Weaker Section/ SC-As per Presidential order 1964 and 2002/Ex-Service Men/Meritorious Sports Person/ Persons With Benchmark Disability

Whether Govt. Servants other than M.T.S(General) /M.T.S(Security) / M.T.S(House Keeping) working under the cadre control of Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Personnel Wing) applying for this post should forward their application to the Department concerned through their Head of Department / Head Of Office?

No.  They need not forward their application.  They may intimate the fact of submission of applicationto their Head of Departments / Offices, so as to have the benefit of "Technical Resignation" on selection to the post.

After successful registration, if the system gets hanged / crashed and the applicant does not receive username and password. What to do?

The applicant may use the option “Forgot Username” and “Forgot password” to get the username and password.

5.

After successful registration, system display username and reports that password will be sent to registered mobile number via SMS. But SMS not getting delivered. What to do?

Wait for a while to SMS delivery. If not, try to reset your password using link available in login page besides login button. After successful confirmation of OTP new password will be sent to registered mobile number via SMS. On first login system will force password change.

I am unable to upload my photograph, signature and enclosure documents scanned using my mobile phone?

Applicants are advised to apply through desktop or laptop and also use professional scanner for scanning their photograph.

7.

How to apply for multiple posts in a single online application?

The applicants have to select any one of the following order of preference for the post of Lower Division Clerk / Store Keeper Grade-III in their online application:-

  1. Not Preferring
  2. First Preference
  3. Second Preference

First Preference should be selected for atleast one post.

Not preferring option should not be selected for both posts.

The option / preference once exercised by the candidates will be treated as FINAL and IRREVERSIBLE.   Subsequent request for change of post by candidates will not be entertained under any circumstances/ reasons.

8.

What is Not preferring option?

If Not preferring option is selected for a post, then the applicant will not be considered for that post.

9.

Whether the applicant can make changes in the online application after submission?

Once application is submitted, corrections, if any, can be done by using the “Apply/Edit” menu and the candidate should submit the application before the closing date
