GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES:
PART-I
The applicants have to register with their Mobile Number in the online portal “https://recruitment.py.gov.in” for applying through online. Then they will receive a One Time Password (OTP) through SMS in the mobile number provided while registration and the same should be entered in the online portal using the Username and Password for applying to the post of Junior Engineer on contract basis. If the applicant does not have a personal mobile, he/she may give a mobile number accessible by him/her to get the information passed by the Department.
- The applicants are advised to use latest web browser for better compatibility, better user experience and improved security. The applicants are advised to change the default Password received in their mobile after first login. It is the applicant’s responsibility to take ownership of the password and it should not be disclosed to anyone and the liabilities arising upon disclosing of the same will be at the risk of the applicant. The applicants shall duly log off from the recruitment portal after submission of application.
- The name of the applicant should be spelt correctly in the application as it available in the birth certificate/mark sheets. Any change / alteration found may disqualify their candidature.
- The applicants will be required to upload their scanned copy of their colour passport size photo, specimen signature (in jpg/jpeg format & in 200 DPI resolutions, size not exceeding 150 KB) [as shown guidelines Video for uploading and cropping your photograph and signature during online application].
- The applicants will be allowed to view, print & check the status of their application and download the Hall Ticket by logging in into the online portal using the username and password they received in their mobile number. Hence, they are advised to keep the username and password safe for future reference until the recruitment process is over.
- Candidates must avoid registering multiple applications online and register only a single application, which may lead to cancellation of candidature.
- The applicants are advised to have a copy of the online generated application for their reference.
- Candidates are advised to submit online applications much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/ inability or failure to login to this website on account of heavy network traffic during the closing days.
- The Government does not accept any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date on account of the aforesaid reasons or for any other reason beyond the control of the Government.
- Applicants need to send the printed copy of online application or any other supporting documents to this Department in application stage.
- The candidates shall produce all the relevant certificates pertaining to the application in original when called for certificate verification.
- All the communications with regard to this Engagement will be published in the website “https://recruitment.py.gov.in”. Applicants are advised to access the above website and watch news and dailies regularly for information. They are advised to keep the Mobile number given in the online application active for receiving SMS connected with this Engagement.
- After scrutiny, the status of the online application will be indicated in the website “https://recruitment.py.gov.in”. The applicants are advised to check this official website to know their application status.
- Application with incomplete data / information and improper photograph and signature is liable for rejection.
- A separate press note will be issued in leading regional news dailies regarding the issue of hall tickets through online mode. The eligible applicants can download the same from the website “https://recruitment.py.gov.in” by logging in using their “User Name” & “Password” received through SMS while registration.
- Change of Address & Mobile Number, if any, after submission of application should invariably be intimated to this Department. Otherwise the Department will not be responsible for any delay/ non-delivery of letters / SMS messages.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending this Competitive Examination.
- The decision of the Government as to the eligibility or otherwise of the applicant for any stage of the engagement process shall be final. The admission to written examination is only provisional. Success in the examination confers no right to engagement. The engagement is subject to verification of educational qualification, experience, Nativity, Community, Residence and any other special category claimed by the applicant and also verification of character and antecedents and medical fitness.
- No correspondences will be entertained with regard to the Engagement process. Candidates are advised to verify the status of their application/Admit card, etc. online only.
- Applicant’s details as furnished in the online application are final and cannot be altered. Furnishing of false information or fake certificates, if found at later stage, the candidate will not only be rejected but also be liable for criminal action.
